The Bible is our spiritual food. But even if there are wonderful promises in the Bible, if you are taught that it has nothing to do with us, you may not ask God for those blessings. Therefore, we do need to know that the Bible is related directly to our lives.

We also need wisdom in order to apply the Bible teaching into our lives. In Ephesians 4:11, there are words of 'pastors or teachers', which shows that there is a close relationship between pastoring and teaching.

牧Moses' father-in-law, Jethro, advised Moses who was so busy with pastoral counseling to teach them. Many of the problems of the people rose out of the lack of 'teaching.

Therefore as Christians,we need to receive pastoral care and at the same time receive teaching, which helpto us to make a right choice based on the teaching. 。

Just receiving good teaching does not guarantee everything, because sometimes people know what is right but do not have the ability to do the right thing.

Coaching is different from teaching or counseling, although there is some similarity. Basically coaching is to lead people to 'realize' for themselves in order to make right choices or judgment.

When you receive teaching of good principles, there is the right time and occasion to put that into practice. Sometimes depending on the persons, totally different actions are needed in order to get the same result. Coaches help in various situations in this way.
