Many parts of the Bible talk about ministering as a team.

Nobody is perfect. If you want to be faithful to the Word of God, you may be tempted to fall into the legalism. The people who are prophetic may be easily affected by what they feel. The powerful leaders may lack compassion. Therefore, we minister together as a team in order to fill up each other's weakness.

Therefore, the representative of the church has a name of pastor as a position but the staff are the members of the pastoral team. Some of t hem are functioning as pastor, teacher, and evangelist.

Also some leaders in the church support the work of the church in many ways.

In the Bible, there is a scripture saying 'Teach one another'. We believe that it is not only teaching the Bible. Everyone has something wonderful and when we teach one another, that helps the trust and closeness to be strengthened and the community is built up effectively.

In our church, people naturally pray with each other and teach the Word of God to each other. But at the same time, we see people teaching musical instruments, computer, school work, and other things
