This explanation is mainly written for the Mexico Team. But it may be useful for all the participants. So please read it.
このページの説明は主にメキシコチームのために書かれましたが、参加するすべてのみなさんにも役に立つと思いますのでご一読ください。

Overview
概要
札幌市内から１時間以上かかります。
It takes more than 1 hour by car from the central part of Sapporo.
基本的にその日はずっと屋外で過ごします。
Basically we will be spending the whole day outside.
キャンプ場なのでトイレなどの設備はあります。
Since it is a camp site, there are facilities such as toilets.
今回参加者は７０人以上をみこんでおります。
This time more than 70 will be participating in this program.
服装
Clothes
山に囲まれていますが標高は)252mなので格別寒いわけではありません。
It is 252 metrs above sea level and is surrounded by mountains. It is not cold.
ただ、天候が変わりやすいので晴れていても雨が降ったり、時には冷え込むことがあります。
However, the weather changes often. It may rain after sunny weather. Or it may get cold suddenly.
最低ウインドウブレーカは必要ですし、人にもよりますが、時と場合によっては薄手のダウンジャケットが必要な場合があるかもしれません。
At least you may need a wind breaker jacket. Also light down jackets may be necessary, although it depends on people and occasion.
基本的にはバーベキューは雨天でもテントの下で行われると思われます。
The BBQ will be held under the tent even if it rains.
雨が予想されるときには傘や雨具が必要です。
You may need an umbrella or rain coat when it rains.
地面は砂地なのでサンダルだと足に砂が入って不快かもしれません。
The ground is sand. So you may feel uncomfortable with sandals, because sand gets into the feet.
水遊びについて
About playing in the water
支笏湖は遊泳禁止ですが、岸辺での水遊びは容認されております。それゆえ岸辺での多少の遊泳も黙認されております。
Swimming is prohibited in Lake Shikotsuko. But playing with water on the shore is tolerated. So a little bit of swimmin close to the shore may be accepted quietly.
しかし、教会としては膝より深いところまで行くことは推奨できません。
However, we do not recommend that anyone should go below the knees of the water.
当日、メキシコチームが交代で監視をしてくださいますが、子どもの監視の責任は親にあることを理解してください。
That day, the Mexico team will be watching over the people on the shore. But please understand that the responsibility of watching over the children lies on the parents.
逆に水に入るにはサンダルが便利です。湖岸には石があるので裸足だとけがをする恐れがあります。そのサンダルは踵を固定できるタイプが脱げる心配がなく安全です。
On the contrary, sandals are convenient in getting into water. On the shore, there are pebbles and stones and you may get hurt if you are on barefoot. In case you weare sandals to get into the water, it is safe to wear sandals which fix the heels. In this way, there is no worry of losing your sandals in water.
水に入られる方は水着を持参し、その上にTシャツなどを着られると良いでしょう。
Please bring swim suits if you get into the water.
薄い衣服のままで水に入って下着が透けて見えるようなことはあまり起こってほしくはありません。
We do not advise you to get into the water with thin clothes because then the underwear may be seen through the thin clothes.
水温は寒いと思いますので快適に過ごされたい方はウエットスーツのようなものを準備されると良いでしょう。
water tempature is usually cold. .it will be better to prepare something like wet suit if you want to be comfortable inside the water. It will be cold under the water.
着替える場所は誰かが着替え用のテントを持ってきている場合がありますので、それがあれば利用することができます。もし、ない場合でも公衆トイレで着替えることができることでしょう。
The place to change clothes is tents which church people bring or toilets.
タイムスケジュール
Time schedule
時間割についてはホームページで公開する予定です。
Time schedule is going to be announced in the web site.
礼拝
Worship service
最初のプログラムは礼拝の時間です。短い賛美の後、受洗者の証、そして短いメッセージがあります。
The first part is worship time. After short praise and worship time, there is a testimony by the person who gets baptized. Then a short sermon.
キャンプ場ではスピーカーの使用は禁止されているので、今回大人数のために、全員がメッセージや証を聞くことは難しいと思います。
In the camp site, the use of the speakers is prohibited. We will be many this time. So it may be difficult for everyone to listen to a testimony and a sermon clearly.
それでも、現地からfacebook liveで配信する予定なのでスマホにSIMが入っているなら間接的に聞くことはできます。
But you may be able to listen to the service on facebook live. If you have SIM in your smartphone

場所は山の中のためSIMカードのキャリアによっては電波を受信できなかったり、少し場所を移動しなければならない場合があります。
The place is in the mountain area. So depending on the SIM card carriers, you may not be able to be connected, or you may have to move to anothr place for internet connection.

The Group Photo
洗礼式の前に集合写真を撮影する予定なので、できる限りご参加ください。
The group photo will be taken before the baptism. So please be there for the photo.
トイレに行くなどしてその場にいない人がでることがよくあります。
Sometimes, people are missing because they go to the bathroom or do other things.
洗礼式の意味
The meaning of the baptism
洗礼とはキリストを信じることを表明するために水の中に入る行為です。これは、教会メンバーにとって結婚式のようなもので、神にある家族として教会全体で祝うために今回の企画がなされております。
The baptism is an action of getting immersed in the water to declare the faith in Jesus Christ.
This is like a wedding for the church members, where we celebrate together as a family of God.
その日に行われるバーベキューは喜び祝いの時でもあるのです。
The BBQ is a time to rejoice and celebrate this event.
バーベキュー
BBQ
洗礼式が終わったらバーベキューをします。
After the baptism, we will have BBQ.
バーベキューは炭火を使うので服装は多少炭臭くなりますことをご了承ください。
Please understand that your clothes may get affected because of using charcoal in BBQ.
炭火がはじけるときにナイロン製などの服は穴が開くことがあります。
The nyron clothes may get holes when there is a spark of the charcoal fire.
椅子など
Chairs etc
野外で長時間過ごします。快適に過ごすためにキャンプ用の椅子やテーブルを持っておられる方はお持ちください。
We will be spending a long time outside. If you have camp tables or chars, please bring them so you can be comfortable.
全員が座れるだけの椅子はないでしょうが、椅子が空いていたら、多少そこに座ることは失礼とはみなされないと思いますので、どうぞお座りください。
There may not be enough chairs for everyone but you may be able to sit where there are no one sitting.
キャンプ場の受付について
Registering at the camp site
キャンプ場が想定している事態は1台の車に１つまたは2つの予約番号で登録された人が全員乗っているということです。
What the camp site expects is that in each car, all the people come registered with one or two reservation numbers.
しかし、私たちの場合は乗員はかなりシャッフルされております。
However, in our case, all the passengers are shuffled.
ただ、私が思うのに、受付はそれほど厳密にチェックしていないので、代表者と自分の予約番号を持っている人以外は受付をする必要が無いと思います。
But I guess that the registration office will not check everything strictly. So only the representative and his or her reservation number can do the registration.
逆に言えば受付をする人はその車に乗っていないけれど同じ予約単位の人の分の代金も支払うことになります。
On the contrary, the person who registers will be paying for all the people who you are including in your reservation.
行きの配車
Allocation of the car seats to go
配車は教会で決めておりますが、臨機応変に変更してもかまいません。変更するときに混乱がないように、配車予定についてはホームページで公開しています。
The church decides who to go with which car. But it is flexible and changeable. The allocation of car seats is announced in the church web site.
帰りの配車

帰路は必ずしも同じ車に乗る必要はありません。むしろ変更した方が別の人と交われてよいように思います。
On returning, you do not have to be in the same cars. It may be even better to change cars so that you may be able to have fellowship with other people.
家族などは同じ車で帰った方が便利なのでそうされるのも良いでしょう。その場合はそれまで乗っていた人の車を確保してあげてください。
Families can go back in the same cars because it may be convenient. In that case, please arrange for those who came with you so they can get a ride.
ベトの車には２、３人乗ることができる予定なので、行よりも帰りのほうがキャパはあるはずです。
Beto's car can have 2 or 3 more people in their cars. So they may have more capacity in returning.
メキシコチームは真駒内駅で全員下りると良いように思います。ただ、帰りの時間は車ごとにばらばらになるので、そのあたりは知恵をもってアレンジする必要があるかもしれません。

メキシコチームへの依頼
Request for the Mexico Team
チームの皆様には、湖に入る子どもたちが水の事故が起こらないように見張りをお願いしたいと考えております。２人一組ぐらいで、１０分づつや20分づつぐらいで交代されると良いでしょう。
We would like to ask the Mexico team members to watch over the children who will be in the lake and play with the water for safety. Maybe 2 by 2 can take turns 10 to 20 minutes each to be on guard for the children in the water.
