This setting is based on whether the prayer is just the voice or if an instrument is also used, and there are pros and cons to each, but there is no big problem with either.

(1) Recommended settings for the prayer scene

Uncheck Automatically adjust microphone volume

For audio profile, select "Zoom background noise reduction (recommended for most users)" and "Low, (faint background noise)"
